Hi everyone,
I’m running into an issue on Transkriptor and I’m hoping someone here has seen it before. When I upload longer audio files (usually 45–60 minutes), the transcription process freezes partway through. Sometimes it stops at around 20%, other times at 60–70%, but it never finishes. Shorter audio files work fine.

I’ve already tried:

Converting the audio to different formats (MP3, WAV, M4A)

Lowering bitrate and file size

Uploading from a different browser and device

Clearing cache and cookies

None of that made a difference.

So my question is: Does Transkriptor currently have file length limitations or known stability issues with longer recordings? And if not, is there anything else I should try to get these larger files processed reliably?
